Sarah L. Branch

Sarah works for Providence Health Plan as a Care Manager, Coordinator, and Navigator. Sarah has been a registered nurse for 14+ years with licensing in both Oregon and Washington. Her years as a registered nurse have provided an array of experience in areas such as acute care nursing, ambulatory care nursing, triage nursing, outpatient care nursing, and case management. Having earned her Certified Case Manager designation, she has the expertise that is utilized for members in complex medical situations including cancer, transplant, and pediatrics. Members under her care receive support, education, navigation of health care delivery systems, and assistance utilizing care benefits. Sarah is often found devoting time to program development, mentoring her peers, liaising for community partner clinics, and advocating for members within the health plan and community at large to obtain complex medical care. Sarah has been active in her community through organizations such as Rotary International, local government, GES Parent Teacher Organization, SOLVE, church, and supports the work of Mercy Ships International bringing care to underserved populations around the globe. Sarah is a dedicated nurse to her field but that’s not all; she also has been married over 15 years, has two beautiful children, and a labradoodle.
